I love a classic Savannah wedding! Ford and Mary Rutland planned an iconic southern wedding. They opted to out of a first look which created such a wonderful buzz during getting ready. They decided to see each other when the big church doors opened for their ceremony. One of my favorite things about the day was how all of their family and friends made the trip to Savannah to celebrate with them.

Montage a Palmetto Bluff is the perfect getaway for a babymoon! A babymoon is basically a last hurrah before your baby comes. The name is a play on honeymoon, but instead of a vacation you take after getting married, a babymoon is a vacation you take before your little one arrives. It's both an homage to your life pre-baby and a way to celebrate the onesie-filled road ahead. It can be a time to bond, relax, have an adventure, tick off an item on your bucket list, or just be free to be on your own luxurious schedule.

When 18 month old toddlers show up to sessions, you never know what you are going to get. I always let them lead the session and just follow them around. Merritt was the cutest little doll baby! She waved at every single person that walked or rode by on a golf cart. Bluff Drive was the perfect spot for the McCarthy’s Family Session. Merritt is comfortable there since they often go on family walks along the water there.

Sixty five percent of Jekyll Island will always remain natural and wild so there are so many possibilities when it comes to engagement sessions. Landon and Allie’s engagement session started near Villa Ospo where they will say “I Do” in October. The Spanish moss created such a dreamy backdrop.

Sarah and Charles are expecting!!! Pregnancy announcements are just so special to capture. So much excitement about the future and what it holds. I was so excited when Charles reached out to schedule a session while they visited his parents at The Ford Field & River Club. The property is just so gorgeous. They even brought their very first baby purchase as a prop. The little white shoes almost made me want to cry they were so adorable. Congrats you two and can’t wait to learn if it is a boy or girl!
